The Carolina Dining Services' kitchens work with a variety of ingredients. CDS attempts to prevent allergen contaminations, but last minute ingredient substitutions and accidental ingredient contact are possible.
Items such as pastas, breads, desserts and others may contain traces of certain allergens due to products being processed in facilities where items containing those allergens are also produced. Always refer to complete ingredient listings to identify any possible allergens.
